Of course, it does that they day before we get out of school anyway, but I'm not complaining. Not really. Snow can have its uses, and it is at least sticking to the grass. I need the five-day weekend. Badly.
Speaking of which, we're actually having turkey for Thanksgiving. *gasp, shock, amazement* My grandfather... apparently spent too much of his youth eating bird meat, so we usually don't have turkey (or chicken, or any more unusual fowl) for Thanksgiving or Easter. Word has it that Grandma didn't give him a choice this year.
"The Old Apartment" was on the radio this morning. (Guessing that because he told Mom to put the chili away, we'd get something. She's visiting a friend.) Should be much fun. They have a Ministry of Silly Walks t-shirt, among... lots of other things. And while we're up there, I'll try to get Dad to go to Looney T. Bird's (music store). I really thought they'd be closed by now, since they were announcing that in September, but if they're still open we may as well go by.
music: "Baba O'Riley" - the Who

25 November 2K2

Finished my calendar pages for physiology earlier - managed to completely forget about them all weekend. ^^; At least they weren't due till tomorrow anyway. Yes, ther is a UFO on it, but only to illustrate the common usage of the word. The other stick figures show the physio-related meaning.
I like the UFO. It's all shiny. I should try and get my Romeo and Juliet's Day Off picture back from my English teacher (from last year), even if it's only long enough to scan it in.
I have a stereo in my room now. And there was much rejoicing. *yaaay*
Random surfing at the NaNoWriMo board got "Oh, Where is My Hairbrush?" (the Veggie Tales song) stuck in my head. So sue me. :b
Weekend in a nutshell:
*My parents were a LOT less nice than I was about the quality of the muscial one-act.
*I broke my portable CD player yesterday. The top broke right off, and it's probably a lost cause. Eh. At least the CD didn't break - it's the one with the cover of "Take On Me" on it, and I *really* wouldn't have been happy then.
*Didn't bother with the Santa Parade. Aside from being tired, I was kinda felling like I was starting to get sick (still do, a little). I really do NOT need that now. Besides, I've got a 105% in band, so I can afford the one zero. I'll live.
*Oh yeah, interims were Friday. My math grade is not in the 80's, but it's still a C. I understand this chapter, so all should be well.
*My religion teacher still has Good Omens. She said she tried reading it last week (while in the hospital for kidney stone removal), but it's hard to read whil on pain medication, so maybe over Thanksgiving break she'll finish it. I promised one of the guard girls she can read it next.
*We went and got the stereo from Grandma's house this evening. Apparently my aunt's not going to be very happy with that one. Who cares? Once I've got it set up I'll make sure there's not anything in it...
*I finally got the backstory to Cathcowduism last night. Long story, as you may have guessed. I told Lora to email it to me later, so once I get it I may share it with ya. That's mostly why I didn't post last night - was at Applebee's till late, got home at 12:30, decided not to bother.
music: radio - some fun song I've never quite caught the name of, but I like it!
(Oh yeah. Dad tried to tell me I missed "Alice's Restaurant" earlier. But it was only the first part, and I've got that CD now, so I'm not sure why he bothered.)

21 November 2K2

Days off are just lovely. ^_^
We had a short practice for the Santa Parade (which given its evilosity may as well have a few letters scrambled...). At least my work is taken care of for the Daria explanation - I can just send them all to Outpost Daria and be done with it.
According to my history teacher, West Virginia is unconstitutional. (Not that I'd take his word for it offhand, but...)
There's apparently something in said document about not carving up existing states. Which is technically how West Virginia was created. Since it *was* right at the beginning of the Civil War, it's possible that Virginia wasn't even a state at the time, which would solve the problem.
Still, thought Lucas would be interested, since he's always saying West Virginia is a nuisance. Not to mention it fits her. A few tweaks to be made, and two (three?) lookers-at still at large, though I did give them till Sunday. 'S hard to wait for feedback when you're expecting it. Wouldn't it make more sense to practice being where you're supposed to be? (Like when you're not acting.) Anyway. Billy took my suggestion re: hiding the microphone in all the junk onstage before his solo. ::does happy-dance:: It just works so much better than randomly pulling it out of his pocket, y'know?
As you noticed, it's still fun and I'm still in. This is proof #42 that Miranda is psychotic, and proof #387 that my characters like torturing themselves in the name department. She's changed ideas again, and what's more, the female lead in this one is named after the angel of death.
Yes, you read that right. Azrael Fisher. I figured since (a) the park in the one-act I don't care for is a bloody mess at the beginning, and (b) the lights that "haven't been on for years" work as soon as they're turned on, it would make sense for one of the soloists (oh yeah, this is the musical one-act) to find a working microphone in all the trash on the ground? All over how fast the understudies should have their lines down when they've barely done the stuff onstage. Apple may never talk to me again, let's put it that way. I was very close to just leaving and not coming back, at least not for the one-acts. Tried staying out of the argument. That tactic failed beautifully.
They're not *fun* this year. The casting is a mess, backstage is poorly organized (I shouldn't have to ask for times they want me there, should I?), the actors hate each other, the directors don't trust the understudies, and said understudies don't have any clue what they're meant to have memorized by when... why am I putting myself through this?
Notes for next year, when I might be writing a one-act (Attack of the Killer Furbies) and will naturally want to direct it:
*If it has some sort of "moral message," make sure there's at least one character who just refuses to have the point pounded into their skull. (That's my one problem with the musical one-act. Too bloody preachy. They all "see the light" in about five minutes of the time they start talking about their messed-up lives. Life doesn't work like that. And I *know* it's unlikely to get a "moral message" out of that idea, but you never know...)
*Do the casting for the people who deserve it. Not just because their seniors, not just because it's the kid's first time out and not getting a part might crush their gentle spirit, not just because they only walk onstage in a Dutch-boy outfit for the class one-act. (Which is actually quite funny, watching all those seniors act like five-year-olds, and there's no Dutch-boy outfit yet, but I digress.) Understudies included in this thought.
*The understudies WILL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! They will be at as many rehearsals as the actors are required to be at - ideally all, but there's a buffer space of three practices in case something comes up. They will watch when they're not acting and do it themselves, at each practice. (This is most of the point from the argument this afternoon.) Oh, and they won't be expected to learn two major parts, if I can help it.
Hmm, if I got enough of these I could set it up like the Tips for Evil Overlords thing...
music: "Life During Wartime" - Talking Heads

15 November 2K2

Hey, reserves? So I'll do that now, but first, the backstory:
Dad bought something that, far as Mom and I are concerned, is a rusted-out wreck of metal - nominally, some sort of Jeep. From the 40's sometime, I think, and doesn't even have an engine. I think this is a guy thing. (Normally old cars rule all. But not this one. I just *don't get it.*) He's also got an early-60's thing that actuallly has an engine, not to mention it's more likely to get fixed.
We had to have a tree outside my parents' bedroom cut down. The thing was HUGE, but very nearly dead, and it'd be nice if it didn't fall on the house. Chopping-down space coincided with the location of the Jeep-like object and the other thing, so the people who did the chopping down moved them.
We tried to push the Jeep-like thing back down, but that didn't work. So Dad got his truck right up behind it and had me steer the Jeep-like thing back downhill. o.o For the record, I did let him know he's insane, but... actually sitting down and driving *might* not be quite so freaky. (Wouldn't know yet. Haven't done that since April.)
The other thing is not back down the hill. Whoever moved it moved it by the wrong part, so the thing that keeps the wheels straight is now bent. Dad can't get under it to look while it's on the slope, and he can't get it back downhill.
And now, for something completely different: During the Hamlet discussion today, someone was trying to figure out what the point of Laertes even *being* there was when so far, he's only been in the very beginning. The teacher mentioned that he'll be back. One of the guys wanted to know who dies.
So he looked for himself and announced it to the whole class. >.< And then the question was, "Well, if everyone dies who rules the country?" Which isn't reallly that hard if you think about it.
music: "Something Ain't Right" - David Byrne

14 November 2K2

What's YOUR Writing Style?
brought to you by Quizilla

And in other news, Mom said if she sees the Bill and Ted DVD anywhere she'll get it. So I just stopped bothering. :b
This sounds cool. Madly cool. Intro "by" Scarlett, because I felt like writing it from her POV. That and she wouldn't leave me alone about it. Red on black is quite nifty, isn't it?
After the last attempt at FTP downloading, I emailed my sister to see if she could be of any help. She recommended somethig that seems to work quite nicely... except for the bit where the web host place isn't actually holding onto more than one piece of art at once (or through updates) - out of the new stuff, anyway. So, till such time as I can talk my parents into spending more money on the 'puter, I've taken the web space into my own hands. And then once I've got the FTP program working... the same old debate picks up. XD
If anyone's curious about that story from English I mentioned... *his* part involved a snow day for the Super Bowl (Super Bowl bit = attempt to annoy me). *My* part said the "snow day" was in the coach's head - as he thinks he's teaching a sevnth-grade gym class - and his doctor wrote a hundred-page report on it, but the team didn't bother reading it. Like I said, you can definitely tell who wrote what. If this guy has a brain he certainly doesn't show any signs of it. (Hey, at least I'm *laughing* about this. And throughout the land there was much rejoicing. :yaaay:
Today felt like a Daria kind of day, so I wore my Daria shirt to school. Either tomorrow or Friday is going to be Cirque du Soleil shirt day. And, if I feel like it, I'll wear my BNL shirt to school - the band name is in such a place that no one can see it if I tuck it in. (My Fallout Shelter shirt, on the other hand, will require a more creative solution.)
We did a vocab unit in English today, and after we went over the words we split into groups to write stories using some of the vocab words and a couple of random phrases. I had a wild card until it turned out (surprise, surprise) the usual suspect was sick, so I wound up in a group with the exemplary reason of Why I Hate Jocks.
He wrote the first paragraph of the story, trying his best to get on my nerves. Two people went "Oh, cool!" and asked to see it, and someone else thought it was cool but there's no way my physiology teacher would have put up with her reading it during class, and we both knew it. So I just pointed out the "Copy Spunky" thing to her.
music: "In a Moment" - Collective Soul
(random tidbit: "Radar Love" is in a Subaru commercial. Another side effect of watching Trading Spaces. I'd have taken it to Texas for that round of scannerage but didn't feel like lugging that sketchbook around.
*My sunset photo from the last roll I had developed. Couldn't find anything on three sections out of 21 - actually more than I thought I'd get. Figured out why the Google search said "the famous abstract painter (1879-1940)", by the way. Whoever typed it in the first place didn't have very good sentence structure. For the record, said painter was Paul Klee.
One of my old drawings got resurrected by that Pop Art thing Hilde did on Trading Spaces... though my hand may kill me before I finish all those dots. I just watched my grandmother die from it. That was bad enough.
Ruka just took over someone else's LiveJournal. Let me get this straight, you two - I can have the one she just abandoned? Is that what you were plotting and scheming? (And as for the other thing - forty-two!!)
Oh, speaking of Douglas Adams, how's Dirk Gently going? (Has he shown up yet? XD)
Did some religion homework earlier - we just started the sin chapter, so there was stuff in there re: original sin. I kept doing Good Omens Fangirl answers in my head (and very nearly wrote one of them down). And then there was a bit in the text about wiles, so the top of the page now says: "You see a wile, you thwart. Am I right?"
I love that book to little tiny bits.
Hamlet, on the other hand, I could live without. It's not nearly as excruciating as Great Expectations and Old Man and the Sea were, but... I don't know. One of these days I will get around to reading Midsummer Night's Dream. That sounds more like my kind of play.
Got a Canadian dime as lunch-line change today. Speaking of random coinage, I can't find that wheatback penny for *anything.* Wasn't in the jar, wasn't in with my early-60's pennies, wasn't in the random-foreign-coins box... /me hopes fervently it isn't in the sweeper bag. There's the bare remains of some in the fridge that we mixed... a month ago? The pulp's separated out and I don't know whether it's fermented or what. Needless to say, I'm not really up to trying it and finding out. o.O (Cough medicine, by the by, is the work of the Devil.)
Dude, the only dance out of the school year I really want to go to and Mom prolly won't let me, seeing as I'm coughin my lungs up over here. Ah well. I can essentially wear the costume to school in a week or so (minus Mom's coat, natch) for one of my raffle-payoff days. Might do nail polish tomorrow anyway. Will probably drag Mom out after that red belt to go with it (that I may or may not have mentioned), and will do my best to get a picture of the ensemble, big-arse sword included.
Due to possible scanner-having status, I'm trying to pick something for a Saunter Vaguely Downward layout-thing. I already checked the box I've got some of the old ones in, not to mention the box with my first Jug Wars delivery in it. That leaves the jar. o.o
I'm interested enough in collecting old coins that I'm the only grandchild whose parent wasn't sent home with a warning against spending the stuff. Could be because I've kept it going since I was about 7. Newest thing in it would be a couple of those Sacajawea dollar coins. The honor of oldest goes to my Indian-head penny.
In other news, I heard the words "shopping," "Photoshop" and "scanner" in the same (or at least closely enough related) sentence tonight. Summertime (competition music my freshman year), Georgia On My Mind (competition music from last year), and On Broadway (for some reason). (I have homework even though I won't be in that class due to PSATs.)
Even though the about ten seconds of "Take On Me" wasn't anywhere near enough, I think it sparked Miranda back on a related project. (Which I haven't updated in quite a while.) We shall see. I'd really prefer to finish "Slight Return" first, but... you know. Miranda.
music: "She Drives me Crazy" - Fine Young Cannibals

13 October 2K2

So I'm reading a Good Omens fic with some... interesting pairings. (Only one of them is the one I keep telling you you'll pick up on once you read it, Morgan.) I suddenly realize not only am I listening to Queen, but I've got "Somebody To Love" in the rotation. That just hits very high in the funny-coincidi meter.
Speaking of such things, total time wasted on solitaire about 15 games ago: 37 hours, 37 minutes, 37 seconds.
music: "Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy" - Queen (This is what was actually *in* previously mentioned Music With Rocks In update. And no one will be able to tell me it's not blue. They won't understand the picture, but that's all right.
Two random Cleveland questions for Erin and/or Sidra (the latter of whom I just linked to, actually...):
1) Do you know anything about that huge black-brick church? and
2) What in the WORLD do you people do to your mosquitoes?! Those things were huge!
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame was also cool. We missed some stuff (one-hit wonders, glam rock, etc.) and as such will have to go back up there sometime - maybe *then* things'll work out, Erin. Interesting artifacts (they actually used that word!) include:
*the Big Suit (TM) - Talking Heads (The thing's eight or nine sizes too big for the guy who was wearing it. XD)
*a bag full of hotel keys a member of the Eagles collected
*some feathery... thing Elton John wore onstage (who else?)
*part of the Exploding Drummer's drum kit! (Yes, you are meant to ask about that.)
I think the music-videos thing could've been set up better. (Like actually showing whole videos...) But it inspired a rant at Empty-V, which I will be posting at the other thing. And the about ten seconds (overall) of "Take On Me" they had in there were nowhere near enough. Must get on tape... somehow.
Hey, how about the H of F gets a bunch of 80's videos on a video/DVD and they sell it? They'd make a killing, I'll bet. Either that or one of the music TV channels should start running old stuff again.
A couple of random tidbits Erin may be pleased to hear: I've started in on a Terry Pratchett book Dad bought from SFBC a while back (I *swear* I've actually seen octarine, as is described somewhere in The Colour of Magic), and will be checking the public library soon for Sandman. They're fairly big on graphic novels. So they just might have it.
music: "Now I'm Here" - Queen (As was inspired by Erin's update at Music With Rocks In. A few other random songs programmed.)

11 October 2K2

Musicians... and/or... stage crew.
That's my audition results. After someone telling me I had one of the best auditions. Princess Grace is in a similar boat - she had a good audition too, and she got alternate/skit person.
I have to talk to the teacher who's directing about the musicians thing. (We are once again in one-act musical territory, friends...) One of my questions will be if I can get involved in one of the skits - my main reason for trying out was because I wanted to *act.* If I'd just wanted to do crew I'd have pulled a Fiddler and signed up for just crew. (Yes, I know I'm still involved and that's a GoodThing (TM) and suchlike. Now wait for the other sticking point...)
The other sticking point involves the drama class. They have at least part of a one-act all to themselves. Some of them went out for parts in the other ones anyway. *And got them.*
I have absolutely nothing against the idea of a drama class or any of the people in them. My problem is, they're taking up parts other people could have when they already know they've got something. Dad said that's not how you encourage people to get into the drama department - and it's not.
Hey, sometimes you do have people involved in more than one - sometime I'll tell you the replacement-Aquaman story from last year's plays. But this... it's just not necessary y'know?
Sometimes it feels like the same people always get the lead roles, and then supporting roles are rotated out to "give new people a chance." That's nice... but what do you do when they flake out on you? (Last year the one I was in had three different cast changes. I would not be surprised to see at least one this year, knowing some people.)
Nugget Of Irony: I was talking to one of the freshmen who went out for a part after we'd both tried. She thought I was more qualified for... well, anything, really... and she got an alternate/skit part. I consider that being able to do more than I get. XD
Okay, so I found a problem, and I found something to laugh about in the whole thing. Bought a cool necklace (one jewelry-item every year, it's a tradition) and *finally* had enough money to get a blank book in a leather book cover. You're actually paying for the cover on those things. It's blue and has that giant tsunami thing on it. Fairly famous painting, you might know what I'm talking about.
One of the jewelry shops had some cool faeries, Morgan. That's not what I got, but they were still cool.
So I started typing some of my revisions to "Slight Return" last night. After I'm through something with the Tommy Sherman memorial Goalpost in it, I hit spell-check. Its top option for "Sherman" is "Sheridan", which I find funny since that's what they wound up calling him by the end of that episode.
Oh, speaking of Daria, I just got the first Daria video as a birthday present. Will handle that at Muse Attacks in a mo.
music: "Alice's Restaurant Massacree" - Arlo Guthrie (remember Alice? this is a song about Alice.)

5 October 2K2

Note to self: Never wear boots for parade again. On the other hand, they came in handy for the football field (can you say "Mud-fest"?).
I spent most of the game talking to the cool people who graduated after my freshman year. I have to email Lora later. She's a busy duck. She's in a play (Godspell), will be directing a play, and is doing all manner of campus ministry things.
Erin's new layout prolly will be pithy once it's in a readable setup.
More on the shirts thing from yesterday: There are at least people on student council who know the administration probably won't let us get "Dog Pound" shirts. The football players argued that if the seniors (last year's) had the shirts they got last year (which had slang for female anatomy on them), there'd be no problem with "Dog Pound" - but once the admin found out what was ON the shirts, they didn't want to see them anywhere near a school function. Ever again.
And someone suggested "Blue Balls", which was all-around vetoed (mostly because the football players are set on their choice. They want shirts that say that, they can go order their own).
This guy has a rather interesting blog. I answered his concert poll thing, and he emailed me in thanks for visiting - I've confuzzled him with my oddity of music selection. Go me. There were graduating-class meeting things involved, during which the student council people were asking for ideas on... several things. My suggestions are as follows:
*Get some actual collection-type things in the Little Theatre for each grade level. We have a hard time getting in on Adopt-a-Family and suchlike because we're either enitrely or partially forgotten. (Partially is achieved through only sending in money collectors for one grade level - happened my freshman year.)
*Hallway theme for Spirit Week - do a Yellow Submarine spoof. (The library is the Sea of Endless Knowledge, chen lab is the Sea of Noxious Fumes, physics teacher's room is the Sea of Particle Waves...) A couple people like that one, and a few people thought since the seniors' class color is yellow, *they* would do it. But our class color is blue, so we could be the Blue Meanies! (Before you ask, no, I haven't actually seen the cartoon thing. I've read parodies, though, and they're enough to get the general idea.)
*Speaking of Blue Meanies, I suggested that for a class T-shirt slogan (project for next year). The football players all want "Dog Pound", which aside from sounding stupid and REALLY BAD for the girls, is used infrequently (but juuust enough) by the public high school in town. If they wind up going with that ("Puppy Pound" is apparently an option for the girls), I will not buy one, I would not wear one, and chances are my mother wouldn't LET me wear one. I refuse to be called anyone's puppy - or dog - and will not wear a shirt that says I am just for solidarity-or-whatever.
*So far as Jug Wars goes, I meant to say that people should stock up on silver change alongside the pennies, but didn't. (Jug Wars is a rather complicated fundraiser. Pennies are +1 point each, and silver change and dollars are -(insert value of change/bill here) points. You put pennies in your class's jar and dump silver change on everyone else. I'm saving nickels and dimes, a fair amount of which (besides nearly all my pennies) have come from Grandma's house.)
Yay, I'm all contributary and stuff. And things, can't forget things.
music: "Karn Evil 9 (first impression, part 2)" - Emerson, Lake & Palmer

3 October 2K2

First, a random amusing interlude (brought to you by the board):
Total Messages: 1374
New Messages: -1406

And now one-acts rambling.
Auditions are next week. I had a part last year, got compliments from more people than my immediate family and friends, and (according to my parents) was the only consistently loud person out of the three one-acts. Yay for hereditary volume. Did backstage for the musical, as can be noted in the February and March archives (whenever next they rear their ugly heads).
Don't know what the plays are for this year yet, other than one of them is student-directed. Chances are, since I did a good job last year they'll want me in something. I'll keep you posted.
...Dude. I have to finish my audition form. (Mwahaha!)
...And speaking of Good Omens, can somebody with the book get the the Agnes Nutter-ized spelling of "profession"? I'd look it up myself but someone's borrowing my book. I want to write a bunch of random Brit Lit (comedy, natch) quotes all over my book cover. Hey, so long as it has to be covered, I may as well have fun with the thing. I drew the green guy (from some Hitchhiker's Trilogy covers) on it this morning.
Morgan... I don't think you'll find Good Omens in the library. How many bands can you do THAT with?
And that trophy we came home with? Second OMEA trophy the band's managed to bring home. Ever. The other one's from 1978. Third place in class C. So our 20-piece band was up against a couple of at-least-75-piece bands. Go us!)
And on top of that, *our* show is the one everyone was talking about Saturday. And apparently they still are.
"Slight Return" is about to undergo some heavy-duty revisions.
Oh, and speaking of the host band, I have to get back in contact with a few members of said band. So go read it.)
music: "In Your Eyes" - Peter Gabriel

27 September 2K2

No football game, as all the stadia in the area would seem to be absolute messes. And there was much rejoicing.
Apple liked her present (Good Omens), and said she shall make time to read it. Maybe then she'll understand my counterpoints to her "snake am I" joke.
On the TLAS front: *does best Emily Litella voice* Nevermind! Whatever the problem was, it's not a problem anymore. So. (Eh, just as well. I'm terrible about signing up for things I actually need. XD)
Speaking of TLAS, I (finally) started in on "A Family Holiday" - from what I remember of the teaser, it's prolly not going to end well. Other than the Random Ongoing Plot O' DOOM will be outta here. (Thank Bob... I mean, there's only so many stories in that vein I can take.)
And speaking of stories, maybe I'll hit the Ficblog later and recommend that Good Omens/Les Mis crossover I found... (No Les Mis experience required. And it's funny! Ish. I think I'll shut up now.)
music: "In Your Eyes" - Peter Gabriel (this version SO beats the live-cover-thing I've heard on the radio of unknown artistry...)

26 September 2K2

I think, despite the rain, things are somewhat less "bloody hell" than they were yesterday. Might be partially because (due to aforementioned rain) we got a day off band practice. And there was much rejoicing. *yaaay*
Verdict from On High (or over the phone, at any rate): Casual uniform for the football game tomorrow. It's only supposed to rain more. I plan to see if I can wear my boots, since (a) the tops'll be covered by my pants and (b) they'll do a far better job of keeping my feet dry than canvas sneakers could ever hope to do.
They didn't have to do surgery on my grandfather last night. They still don't know exactly what's up, I don't think, but they've got time to get anitbiotics in.
Much Quoteage! today, even though I think I got the date wrong at least once. Will have to get it out and check, and will at least get it on the 'puter while I'm at it.
Princess Grace is going to bring a blank CD so I can make a copy of the Bill and Ted soundtrack for her. (Sam *so* did not understand why she was excited about it. But then he hasn't seen the movie,)
music: "Not So Far Away" - Glen Burtnick (from said soundtrack, and only song that I don't know the movie-location of. but it's good!)

25 September 2K2

Bloody hell.
My grandfather (Mom's dad) is in the hospital. He started complaining last night about really bad stomach-area pain, and went in this morning. The doctors think he might have an infection from something that's wrong otherwise with his intestines.
But that's not all. Why on earth would that be all? During a CAT scan to see if that'd help figure out what was up, the doctors found a couple of aneurysms (SP?) on whatever arteries are in the abdominal area. (See, a little later into physiology and I'd probably be able to tell you all this stuff. ^_^) They wanted to wait a couple days to remove them so they could get antibiotics in him, but they may have to go after them tonight. All in an effort to keep the things from rupturing, seeing as if *they* go...
Bloody hell! Two in one month is {Princess Grace}just a little{/Princess Grace}* excessive. And besides, my birthdya's in a week. I don't want to do funeral-home again. Particularly not Wednesday...
* - Princess Grace tags, in this case, translate that into "just a lot." (Oh, did I mention she's in my English class now?)

In other news.
If I want my TLAS fill, I'll have to sign up for that mailing-list business (as related here, it being the Ficblog and all.)
The sunset was really really nice tonight. I think it's somewhat comparable to "There's a red sky. At four in the afternoon.", except for the four-in-the-afternoon bit.
Started a list at None of the Above: Signs that you're addicted to the readable sort of British comedy. Maybe I'll post it on the page soon. Who knows?
Erin, if your blog is Ty Central, why not make a layout? XD
music: "Wavelength" - Van Morrison (Not obssessed, I just happen to like it a lot. Everyone go download/buy it. *now.*)
